This is the first time that I've seen Nik Bartsch and Ronin perform live and they're simply amazing! The band have a zen like concentration with Nik orchestrating the performance from behind the piano, which he plays like a man possessed.

I've been a fan of John Adams' work for many years now and so was excited to see that a UK premier of his new composition Scheherazade.2 was coming to London's Barbican Hall.
